The FFFF Convention (Fechter’s Finger Flicking Frolics) is the original close-up magic convention that was founded in 1971. The by invitation only event is considered the most prestigious of its kind. On April 26-29, 2023, in Buffalo, New York (actually Cheektowaga where it all began), we celebrated our Fiftieth Anniversary Convention with many of the best close-up magicians in the world attending from seventeen countries. As a long-time board member, I was tasked with a special presentation during the banquet. You can see the very tiny me at the podium.
